We offer the opportunity to advertise throughout the site and promote your business to thousands of people from the Burien area each month. Ads can link to any webpage you want to send people to when they click on your ad.

Ad Rates

There are 3 cost components which go into your ad campaign.

  1. Ad Creation: Create your own ad, or have us cfreate an ad for you. Our rates for creating Ads start at $149 and go up from there depending on the complexity and time that goes into creating the ad. Most ads get created for $149.
  2. Ad Setup and Placement: There is time and cost involved everytime an ad needs set up on the site. Some companies will run the same ad for 6-months. Other companies want to promote specific items or promotions and want a different ad every week or two. And many companies change their ads for various holidays. The standard rate for each ad setup and placement is $99.
  3. Ad Run Cost: The ad type, ad placement (location the ad gets seen on the site), and how long a company contracts to run ads goes into determining the ad run cost.
  • Rotating banner ads are used in the sidebar seen next to every listing on the site.  The size of these ads is 1000 X 600 Pixels. The ad run cost for these ads is $89 per month, $427 for 6-months, or $801 for 12-months. 
  • Footer ads are ads placed on the footer of the site which is seen on every page. It is where we currently have information for businesses about getting their listing. For information on footer ad rates, please call or schedule an appointment.

Businesses, organizations, and agents legally operating or doing business providing services within the city limits of Burien, Normandy Park, or Des Moines can get a listing* in the Community Business Stars Directory.

Businesses from outside the area that operate and do business in the area can also get a listing* in the Community Business Stars Directory.

Listings* Being Removed

*Listings are at the discretion of Burien Marketer and can be removed without notice by Burien Marketer at any time. If removed by Burien Marketer, the business removed will receive a refund in the amount of what was most recently paid by the business being removed for their listing.
